Dean was first hired as a graphic designer and became an experienced Art Director with a proven track record in designing catalogs, websites, and multi-channel campaigns for an international business-to-business employee recognition awards company. Skilled in developing brand style guides, creating promotional materials, and driving sales through innovative design strategies. Proficient in a wide range of design mediums including print, digital, and product design.
